Back from Camp!
k… where to start?
First, Delanco was the best! We (me and Alex) were so upset that this was our last year at Ralph camp. I’m gonna miss the Ralphs so much! We talked to Jamie and Jackie and Matt, and they said that we can’t work there until we’re sixteen. It’s not fair! But it’s okay…. We’ll just visit every night.
It was really funny too. They taped this Sesame Street skit out in the woods one day and they played it for us in the tabernacle in the morning. It was hilarious! The kid was like, “The number of the day is 3. You spell it 1-2-3! And 3 rhymes with tree. (Now you have to remember that they’re in the woods.) There’s a tree! Over There!” and the camera pans all the way to cluster of trees a million miles away. Then it pans back to the boy leaning against the tree.
Later in the skit, there’s a girl who’s really hard to understand, trying to explain that the letter of the day is Ü… that was really funny too. And they rolled the grouch down a hill in his trashcan.
I’m getting all the skits on a dvd in a couple of months.
We visited Junior High 3 last night.. and saw 10th Avenue North! They were soooooo awesome! I didn't have any money with me (i would've bought their cd and shirt). We also heard a sermon. The evangelist guy knew everybody's name except one girl (who he bought a coke for - but he called it pop)just on the first night. It was really impressive.
My sister’s in the hospital right now… so we’re (my brother and I) are staying at our grandparents’. No one tells me anything, but as far as i know, my sister's fine... she on a heavy dose of morphine:-).
